Nick
Malouf

Originally a fifteens player, Nick made his international sevens debut at the 2012 Dubai World Series tournament and quickly established himself as a regular in the Australian team, eventually being recognised and rewarded as Captain.

Nick will proudly lead the Australian Mens Sevens team at the Tokyo Olympics 2021.

Chloe
Dalton

Chloe Dalton OAM has represented Australia in Rugby Sevens, making her debut at the 2014 Dubai Women’s Sevens. She won a gold medal as a member of Australia’s Women’s Sevens team at the 2016 Summer Olympics.

An incredible athlete, Chloe now plays AFL for GWS and has kicked off her new podcast, ‘The [Female] Athlete Project’ with the goal of shining a light on women’s sport to inspire the next generation and close the gender gap.

Cam
Shepherd

Rugby Fives Ambassador and all round rugby legend, Cameron Shepherd, was a talented winger / fullback, playing nine Tests for Australia in a three year international career.

Cam has since developed a career in sports media and presenting as a co-host and commentator of the Intrust Super Shute Shield, broadcast on the 7 Network.

Cameron also works with Fox Sports Australia with regular spots in commentary and as a personality/expert for rugby union programs.

Andrew has worked in Rugby for nearly 20 years as a Professional Coach and Administrator. He has coached at all levels of the game as a volunteer doing U6s to Representative teams, Shute Shield teams and Professional teams. He has coached in Australia, Italy and Japan and is passionate about the development of players and coaches and is the host of the Positive Rugby Podcast that focuses on the Art, Science and stories of great coaches.

As an administrator he has been the GM of Rugby Development for Rugby WA and NSW Rugby and currently works for NSW Rugby / NSW Waratahs official charity the NSW Positive Rugby Foundation raising funds to drive growth in grassroots rugby in NSW.

He is a believer in Beach Rugby and has run successful tournaments in WA and in NSW and is excited to see the investment into growing Beach Rugby that Rugby Fives has made.

Andrew
Hutton

We have engaged Andrew to manage the organisation and administration of the tournament.

Andrew currently sits on a number of sporting based steering committees and boards including NSWJRU, SJRU and the Gordon Rugby Club.

He has been involved in both rugby league and union for over 35 years as a player (albeit a journey man), coach, parent, referee and administrator and as such has a true empathy for the game.

Andrew has over twenty years of Australian and international sales and management experience covering a multitude of sports including but not limited to Formula 1, V8 Supercars, Cycling, Gymnastics, and of course Rugby.

A massive day of epic fun!
